Arnold has been the chief executive officer of Trematon for the past 16 years. Prior to this he occupied senior management positions in the asset management industry, including analysis, portfolio management and general management. He is currently a director of various companies in the Trematon Group.

Arthur qualified as a chartered accountant, having graduated from the University of Cape Town. He completed his articles at Moores Rowland where he remained as an audit manager until joining Wooltru Limited as company secretary. He joined the Trematon Group in 2008. He is a director of various companies in the Trematon Group.

Executive Director

Allan has been an active participant in the South African property and equity markets for more than 20 years. He was previously a director of Spearhead Property Group Limited, Ingenuity Property Investments Limited and Wooltru Limited. He is a non-executive director of Mazor Group Limited and a director of various companies in the Trematon Group.

Jac joined Trematon in 2009 as a financial manager. He is involved in various aspects of the Trematon Group, and in March 2019 was appointed as Company Secretary.  Jac is also a director of various companies within the group.

Robin is a qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years of corporate experience.  He spent the last 19 years at BOE and Nedbank Limited and held the position of Divisional Managing Executive in the Property Finance Division until his retirement in 2019. Current directorships include Fortress REIT Limited.

Rudi is a qualified actuary and spent six years at Sanlam in various capacities and was chief executive officer of Citadel from 1998 to 2002. Since 2003, he has been a private equity investor engaged in a wide variety of transactions.

Keith is a practicing attorney since 1980 practicing principally in the areas of takeovers and mergers, private equity, stock exchange, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, franchising and generally advising corporate clients nationally and internationally on corporate and commercial matters.  Directorships include Mr Price Group Limited, Spur Corporation Limited and Strate (Pty) Limited.

Jonathan is group managing director of Stanchion Payment Solutions. He was previously a senior corporate finance executive at Bridge Capital where he has been involved in numerous transactions across various sectors. Jonathan has also performed the role of chief operations officer of media company Moneyweb Holdings and spent five years at Dimension Data in various roles.

Madalet is a portfolio manager at Denker Capital.  She joined the asset management industry in 2008, spending time at Element Investment Managers and Nedbank Private Wealth before joining Denker Capital to establish a range of multi-asset class funds in 2016.  Madalet has managed specialist and multi asset portfolios for institutional investors and private clients.
